Part-Time Assistant FEI Archive Project Support (m/f/d)

About Us

ClipMyHorse.TV is the leading online service for live broadcasts of global equestrian sport and breeding events. On over 300 days per year, horse enthusiasts can experience more than 2700 events live. ClipMyHorse.TV broadcasts the top international, as well as regional equestrian sport and breeding events from more than 42 countries all around the world.

To support our team, we are looking for a FEI Archive Project Support (m/f/d) to assist with archiving and media organization tasks in our international media environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Reviewing and maintaining our master content list
• Identifying relevant archive material
• Structuring and organizing media assets
• Adding and maintaining metadata in our archive systems
• Supporting the preparation and integration of media assets into our archive database
• Working with tools such as Google Sheets and Airtable
• Supporting the optimization of archive workflows
   

Your Profile

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Confident in working with Google Sheets and/or Excel
• Structured and detail-oriented working style
• Media-savvy with a strong interest in digital content
• Familiar with the structure of international equestrian shows and related terminology
• You live in Germany or UK
