We are currently recruiting a Marketing Assistant (m/f/x) to focus on this key area of our business. Reporting to the Marketing Executive – DACH/BNLX you will assist with all elements of the marketing mix.

Key Accountabilities include:

• To work effectively with in-store execution and provide support with fixtures and fittings, POS and bespoke items from printers
• To plan and prepare for events in the region liaising with stakeholders and ordering and returning products for events as well as attending these and trade shows
• To assist the Social Media Executive with local influencer activity
• To assist with the day-to-day dealings with our brand ambassadors
• To work with key accounts to ensure marketing plans are executed and visit as required
• To submit print and digital advertising and be a key contact for the press
• To assist with PR requests
• To order products and arrange collections as required

The ideal candidate will be able to provide us with the following:

• Fluent English and German, Dutch would be an advantage but is not essential
• A Marketing qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role
• Excellent skills including Communication , Interpersonal, Time management, Prioritisation, Organisation and planning, Teamwork, Presentation, Customer Service
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of work
• Creativity
• Experience in a similar role and general office or retail experience
• Familiarity with the digital environment especially social media
• Knowledge of the Equestrian industry would be helpful but not essential
• Country/Equestrian knowledge of advantage
• Flexibility to manage extensive travel
• Results orientatied with integrity and a strong business ethic.
• Clean valid driving licence
