ClipMyHorse.TV is the leading global equestrian streaming platform that provides live coverage, on-demand content, and exclusive behind-the-scenes footage of equestrian events from around the world. As the media house of the International Equestrian Federation (FEI), we are dedicated to delivering high-quality equestrian content to our passionate audience.

Job Responsibilities

• Shape the Narrative: Spearhead the development, curation, and execution of narrative concepts and creative assets, ensuring each campaign and content series resonates deeply with the equestrian community. This includes crafting impactful videos, photos, and imagery.
• Innovate for Modern Audiences: Continuously innovate and come up with fresh content formats that resonate with today’s global audience consumption habits. Your ability to be ahead of the curve and anticipate viewing trends will be a linchpin in our content strategy.
• Champion Cohesive Content: Steer the creative direction to guarantee that content not only compels but also paints a cohesive and consistent picture, reinforcing the core values and messages of the FEI.
• Business Strategy Alignment: Play a pivotal role in realising key business objectives—be it revenue generation, promoting sport development, launching new products, or bolstering brand awareness. Drive results through a blend of organic campaigns and strategic paid promotions.
• Guardian of Quality and Efficiency: Oversee every stage of the production process. Your responsibility is to ensure that we exceed quality standards whilst faithfully adhering to the set budget and timelines.
• Forge External Partnerships: Act as the primary liaison with third-party agencies and freelancers. Your coordination will be vital in translating our vision into tangible results through collaborative campaigns.
• Team Collaboration: Engage deeply and work hand in hand with colleagues of the FEI Media House, the FEI Campaign Manager, FEI Content Manager, FEI Marketing Manager, as well as the broader ClipMyHorse.TV team and Equestrian family. Our collective endeavour is to function seamlessly as one cohesive unit.
• Strengthen Communication Ties: Foster a close and productive relationship with the FEI’s Communications Department, ensuring that messaging is aligned and amplified across all channels.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, Media Studies or a related field.
• Proven experience in campaign production, content creation and project management, preferably in a similar role.
• Familiarity with the equestrian industry is essential.
• Ability to align creative concepts with the equestrian industry’s unique characteristics while supporting business objectives.
• Skill in designing content that resonates with the target audience within the equestrian community.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, third-party agencies and freelancers.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop etc.) for content creation and editing.
