The first half of 2026 is behind us! It’s time for a brief look back.
A particular highlight was our visit to Spoga Horse. There, we were able to meet many customers in person, have engaging conversations, and gather valuable feedback. This direct interaction helps us continuously improve EquiJob.
Shortly thereafter, we relaunched our EquiJob website. With a modern design, improved user navigation, and optimized performance, we’ve further enhanced our platform. Our goal: to make it easier for companies and job seekers to use the site and to further increase the visibility of job postings.
The relaunch was accompanied by various online marketing initiatives. These included our new EquiJob trailer, which we showcased at events and across our social media channels to further increase EquiJob’s reach and brand awareness. In addition, the trailer has been airing regularly on ClipMyHorse.TV since the relaunch, ensuring additional visibility within the international equestrian community.
We’ve also expanded our content: Through regular blog posts, we provide information on recruiting, employer branding, and career trends in the equine industry. At the same time, we’ve become more active on LinkedIn, where we share job openings, expert articles, and news about EquiJob.
With the Future Talent Listing, we’ve also created a free way to get started with EquiJob. Apprenticeship and internship positions can be posted for free. Our goal is to make it easier for young talent to enter the equine industry and to give companies the opportunity to get to know EquiJob. After a one-time registration, additional job postings can be placed quickly and easily. At the same time, this allows us to engage in an even more personalized exchange with our customers.

We have plenty planned for the second half of the year as well. We’re kicking things off with our 26% discount promotion for the World Championships in Aachen.
