ClipMyHorse.TV is the leading online service for live broadcasts of global equestrian sport and breeding events. On over 300 days per year, horse enthusiasts can experience more than 2700 events live. ClipMyHorse.TV broadcasts the top international, as well as regional equestrian sport and breeding events from more than 42 countries all around the world.

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join the Sales Team at ClipMyHorse.TV at the earliest possible date — this role requires strong connections within the equestrian world, particularly with brands, breeding farms, and associations.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager at ClipMyHorse.TV, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and consulting existing and new customers
• Identifying new business opportunities and building your network (in person, by phone, email, and virtual meetings)
• Driving advertising sales across all channels
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
• Ensuring reliable internal communication and coordination within the team
• Maintaining accurate documentation in our CRM system (Salesforce)
• Managing, monitoring, and reporting customer campaigns in our ad server (GAM360)
• Handling additional administrative tasks related to the sales process

Your Profile:

• You speak and write fluent German and English
• You have a strong network and solid knowledge of the equestrian industry
• You communicate confidently one-on-one — in person, by phone, via email, or in virtual meetings
• You are customer-oriented and close deals in a professional and fair manner
• You are comfortable discussing pricing and handle rejection with confidence
• You enjoy teamwork and actively support your colleagues
• You have experience in modern online marketing — and terms like CPM are familiar to you
• You are confident working with social media and digital tools
• You are willing to travel and occasionally work on weekends
• You are highly motivated and able to work independently
